BE BOLD FESTIVAL

City of Brimbank

The fungi Town caravan will be rolling up to BE BOLD festival in St Albans this October. Come along and explore a diorama full of fungi, along with books, guide, terrariums, look through magnifying glasses at mosses and make your own fungi sculpture.

It will be a part of an amazing program of events, performances, music and workshops. The program of events can be found here.

HAPPY BIRDS

An exhibition of painting and wall sculptures

Returning to painting after many years I have loved the opportunity to create an exhibition of some of my favourite birds that visit me in my forest home. It’s a joyful and celebratory show that is a pure expression of my observations and fascination of the living world that I share a habitat with.

FOREST BOOK

The Blackwood Art & Ecology Club

The wonderful community of Blackwood are creating some beautiful images for our collaborative book about the forest home we live in. This is a book by kids for kids and will honour the experience and voice of the children that live in this forest hamlet. The self published and printed book will create a lasting legacy of their childhood spent in the Lerderderg and Wombat Forest.
